What contains more fat - strong, mature cheese or mild but distinctive cheese? From what I know, mature cheese is simply mild cheese (like cheddar) that has been left for a while. Surely if this is the case (tell me if i'm wrong) they should have the same fat content, and even then you would need to have more mild cheddar for the same taste "value" of the mature cheddar.
My friend thinks for some reason mild cheddar has less fat, and must be proved wrong, for reason of such utmost importance I can't begin to explain them. |

A: there is no such thing as a fat tailed leopard gecko
its either a loepard or a fat tail.
B: some lizards go off there food sometimes it can have something to do with stress changes in tempreture or humidity or just because they dont feel like it check the temps humidity and make sure u havent done anything to stress and keep trying to feed it as normal it out if it hasn't eaten in two weeks time take it to the vet |

| Maybe they're still swollen from the birth. If not, work on losing fat all over and you will, subsequently, lose fat there, as well. You can't spot reduce. |
Am i fat? mature answers please? alright to start off i don't want a$$hole remarks from anyone. please only respond if you are mature and willing to be kind but honest. Here's the deal: i'm really self conscious about myself. i have been taking taekwondo for about 2-3years. i used to be enrolled at a bootcamp like school. i did pushups, situps, etc. daily. on average about 25-100 a day. so i gained a lot of muscle. but according to bmi charts online it says i am "overweight". but somewhere i read that these online bmi charts arent exactly correct because they dont take into account how much muscle i have. i got a physical a couple weeks ago. they told me my weight was fine. also, other people say im def. not fat. but i get self conscious cause i see all these girls in like size 0's or 2's or 4's. but im a size 9ish(depends on the company. sometimes i can fit into a 7) i know that i have really wide hip bones. im 5'1. and i weigh 136. do u think this is due to muscle gain? because most people seem to weigh less than me. but then again im always told im not fat. >.< im always so self conscious. please tell me your honest opinion. no dumb remarks. if you want to make dumb remarks then please get a life. |

I have a lot of muscle, like I do. I don't know if you've heard this before but muscle weighs more than fat. I'm 118 and it's mostly muscle on my thighs from working out on a treadmill and dancing. Without my muscle I would probably weigh a lot less (which wouldn't be good). With you it's the exact same thing. You are definitely not fat. 136 is definitely a healthy weight. I used to think that I was getting fat because I started gaining a lot of weight when I started dancing and working on the treadmill but then I realized that it was all muscle. Don't stress your weight AT ALL honey because there are people out there who would KILL to be 136. Be happy with yourself because it sounds like you keep yourself in shape. And about your jeans insecurity, let me tell you that muscle does take up room. I used to be a size 0 until I started gaining muscle. Now I'm a size 3 and it's all muscle. I don't work out as intensely as I did before but I've maintained the same size jeans for like three years just dancing (I haven't gained any muscle weight since I got off the treadmill, it's stayed the same.) You are fine. Start looking at yourself in a new way. |

and eat turkey slices with that or mozzarella cheese and a apple or vegetable.
Or make an omelet and you can put in vegetables sounds gross but try everything to loose weight you need to get over how icky it sounds and just eat it. you can put onions Only soft cheese no like sharp cheddar no cheddar period.
And have fruit and some fiber bread.
For a snack have a handful or two handfuls of almonds.
For lunch have a snack wrap with turkey whole wheat tortilla lettuce Italian. You can put chicken in it instead of turkey and fry the turkey with some seasonings Or something and put some mustard No mayo.
And eat vegetables Vegetables will be your best friend in the haps of life changing that and WATER you need to drink ALOT of water everyday. If you think you drank alot drink 2 times what you already drank just to be sure.
For snack have some vegetables. and maybe some cheese and whole wheat crackers and some nuts or fruit.
Dinner.
EAT PROTEIN!!!!!
and no rice or sweets
have some stir fry with some chicken any kind of protein and VEGETABLES!!
and no more food after that .handle your craving with gum (sugar free) and or water.
and that should be like what you meal looks like during the day and during that exercise and you need to burn more than you intake so do about 200 crunches to start out with and build up 25 everyday and then do leg lifts lay on your back and lift your legs up while tightening your abs and lift up and pulse down. do that around 100 times.
Run a few miles a day.
or cardio start dance or yoga or something to get your fat burning.
Go to the gym set up on that.
You can do weights 3 times a week Mon. Wed. Fri. and thats all you need the rest to heal your muscles do cardio everyday. EVEN weekends.

| You've pretty much answered your own question. the 2 primary reasons frogs need good sized fat bodies in the winter is to stay warm and provide the energy for the big increase in energy during breeding, season, which is starting right now for N. American frogs. By the late summer the frogs have used up a lot of their fat bodies so they try to eat a lot before they hibernate. |
Hoping for male opinions, 14 years old, "mature" body... am I fat? Sooo, I know 14 year old girls who weigh like 90 lbs are always like, "Oh, pity me, I'm so fat blah blah blah." But, this isn't one of those cases. I weigh 130 lbs and I'm 5'3". I recently lost 30 pounds and somehow, during this, I went up two cup sizes in bra size. I'm a 34DD. I wear a size 5 in clothes. I'm probably average in muscle mass. My hips are 36 inches. I don't exactly look 14 because my body is "mature." So, my question is, do you think that I am fat? Would you ever date a girl like me?
